3T’s head office is based on Grove Park, Leicester where we are part of a thriving community of 102 businesses. 3T are a local employer with 40% of their staff coming from the surrounding neighbourhoods. Most of the 3T staff live within a 30 minute commute of our Enderby head office.

Some of the key partnerships we have formed with businesses in our local community include the Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Nottingham University and the work placement programme with De Montfort University. A lot of our IT staff come from De Montfort University via the graduate route.
